Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before payment
You can cancel checkout before completing payment. No reading is unlocked by a browser redirect alone.
After purchase
If a paid reading is unavailable, charged twice, or materially fails to match what was sold, contact support with the order ID. The draft policy offers a request window of 14 days; mandatory consumer rights may provide additional remedies. Requests are handled by the seller through the payment provider.
Digital delivery
You will be asked to request immediate digital delivery. This does not by itself waive any statutory right. Final withdrawal acknowledgments, exceptions, refund timing, and tax treatment must be reviewed for each market served.
After a refund
Refunded or reversed orders lose paid access. BARI preserves the original reading content rather than generating a new profile. A partial refund is conservatively treated as revoking that order pending seller review.
